Hey friends! Sorry for the sudden break in menu planning. Jake’s sister’s wedding was last weekend which made for a super full week. We decided to eat off of what I had in the freezer, plus we had about 4 days worth of meals from wedding activities and events, so that filled up a lot of our week! Then we left on Tuesday to go to the TotalFit training in Houston, and just got back from an amazing week filled with some incredible knowledge and tools. So, so good! Can’t wait to share a little more about what we have learned.

Menu

  • Sunday, May 19
    • Breakfast – eggs and bacon, yogurt and fruit, coffee
    • Lunch –
    • Dinner – Buffalo Chicken Bowls (buffalo chicken, mozzarella, white cheddar, cucumber, homemade ranch on romaine lettuce)
  • Monday, May 20

    • Lunch – leftover buffalo chicken bowls
    • Dinner – Burger Bowl (pan cooked burger patty–we use our cast iron!–spring mix, white cheddar, hard boiled egg
  • Tuesday, May 21
    • Breakfast – eggs and bacon, yogurt and fruit, coffee
    • Lunch – leftover burger bowl
    • Dinner – Turkey Burger Cobb Salads (turkey burger–cooked the same as the burger bowl–on spring mix with avocado, blue cheese, hard boiled egg, bacon, and homemade ranch)
  • Wednesday, May 22
    • Breakfast – eggs and bacon, yogurt and fruit, coffee
    • Lunch – leftover Turkey Cobb Salads
    • Dinner – Kale Salad with bone-in grilled chicken
  • Thursday, May 23
    • Breakfast – eggs and bacon, yogurt and fruit, coffee
    • Lunch – leftover kale salad
    • Dinner – Burger Bowl (pan cooked burger patty–we use our cast iron!–over quinoa, sauteed kale, crumbled bacon, and feta
